The last 10 years we have realized and became more aware of the current food system we have not only in the United States but in the western world. This food system is killing us all slowly and even if we eat fruits and veggies from the grocery stores, they are all GMO's and lack real nutrients.

Traveling to Countries like Mexico and even places like Kenya, Africa, and staying in these places for 2 years, we have noticed a huge difference in the food. Even the processed food gave you energy. This is true especially for Kenya.
